AMERX® Bordered Foam Dressings feature sterile, high performance polyurethane foam that is able to absorb large amounts of wound fluid for complete exudate management. Breathable, self-adhesive border provides a barrier to outside contaminants.

AMERX® Bordered Foam Dressings are for use as a primary or secondary dressing over moderate to heavy exudating chronic and acute wounds.
Contraindicated for use on third-degree burns or if there are known sensitivities to the dressing components.
Protect periwound skin as needed. Should any signs of redness or irritation appear, discontinue use and consult a health care professional. In the presence of infection, product use may continue in combination with appropriate antibiotic therapy and wound monitoring under medical supervision.
Store in a cool, dry space. Avoid storage in direct sunlight.

Dressing size should extend a minimum of (1/2)" beyond the wound border. Cleanse wound with sterile saline solution. Remove one side of white liner. Place dressing directly over wound and surrounding skin without tension. Remove second half of white liner. Carefully smooth the edge of the dressing to ensure proper contact with the surrounding skin.
Change the dressing as indicated by the amount of drainage.
