BIAKŌS™ Antimicrobial Skin & Wound Irrigation Solution is intended for the mechanical irrigation and removal of debris, dirt and foreign materials, including microorganisms, from skin and wounds, including stage 1-4 pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, post-surgical wounds, first- and second-degree burns, and grafted and donor sites.

BIAKŌS™ Antimicrobial Skin & Wound Irrigation Solution should not be used if there is a history of allergy to any of the ingredients. Do not use in the presence of hyaline cartilage. To avoid potential interference altering the effectiveness of BIAKŌS™ Antimicrobial Skin & Wound Irrigation Solution, rinse the wound well with BIAKŌS™ or normal saline between applications to remove wound-cleansing soaps, lotions, ointments, oils, or enzymes.

Do not use for intravenous infusion or injection. For external use only on skin, wounds, or application sites. Do not consume or use in the eyes.

In very rare cases, there may be a mild burning sensation after application, which will subside in a few minutes.

Store at room temperature (approximately 25˚C or 77˚F). Avoid excessive heat. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Discard 56 days after opening.
