Indications

Cutimed® Gel produces a physiological moist wound healing environment that aids the promotion of autolytic debridement. Indicated for pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, and venous ulcers, and to rehydrate dry wounds.

Mode of Use/Application

Remove the cap from the tube and remove the sterile seal. If desired, remove the applicator tip from the sterile packaging and screw it onto the nozzle of the tube. Apply a generous amount of Cutimed® Gel towards the wound to cover the wound surface. If necessary, protect the wound with a suitable secondary dressing.

Removal & Change Frequency

Most of the Cutimed® Gel will be absorbed by the wound. The remaining gel can be rinsed off with water or with the appropriate wound cleansing protocol.
