Indications

DermaKlenz™ PLUS Antimicrobial Wound Cleanser is for hygienic management of wounds such as stage I-IV pressure injuries, partial- and full-thickness wounds, diabetic foot and leg ulcers, post-surgical wounds, first- and second-degree burns, grafted and donor sites, and minor irritations of the skin.

Contraindications

Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity or intolerance to any constituent.

Warnings and Precautions

Not for injection; for external use only. Keep out of reach of children.

Adverse Effects/Reactions

May cause a temporary slight burning or stinging sensation when first applied to broken skin.

Storage Requirements

Store at room temperature, in original container, away from sunlight or direct heat. Do not freeze. Do not use after expiration date.

Hypochlorous acid 0.018%

Inactive Ingredients

Ionized water (99.918%), sodium chloride (0.06%), and hypochlorite ion (0.004%)
