The FastForm® Total Contact Orthosis is used for the following indications: stable Charcot neuroarthropathy, neuropathic non-infected foot plantar and heel ulceration, wound management, pre-ulcerative conditions, and post-operative care.
The FastForm® Total Contact Orthosis is intended to be used in patients that are not infected and have adequate blood supply to the involved foot, in conjunction with standard wound care regimens.
This device is contraindicated for: open wounds (unless dressed), wounds that are infected, wounds that do not have adequate blood supply, unstable Charcot foot conditions, or patients with a polyester or elastane allergy.
