Mölnlycke® Z-Flo™ Neonatal Fluidized Positioners are for providing essential sleep and therapeutic neonatal positioning and providing offloading.

Patients under one year of age must be properly supervised in health care facilities when using positioner.
Do not allow patient to lie facedown on positioner unless monitored, due to risk of suffocation.
Do not puncture or use sharp objects near positioner.
Do not autoclave or microwave. Do not x-ray through positioner.
No maintenance required. Not user repairable.
Replace promptly if punctured or damaged.
If punctured, the affected fluidized positioner should be placed in a sealed plastic bag to avoid spillage of the fluidized materials.
Disposal should be handled according to local environmental procedures.
Closely monitor patient in prone position unable to spontaneously turn head.
