18–25mmHg: Patients with diabetes who experience edema (see Cautions below) and others needing a low compression sock.
You should not wear Sigvaris compression stockings if you have any of the following medical conditions: Severe arterial insufficiency, intermittent claudication, ischemia, uncontrolled congestive heart failure, diabetes with advanced arterial compromise, advanced neuropathy with sensory loss in leg or foot.
Skin sensitivities or allergies (including silicone and silver). Neuropathy with decreased sensation in leg or foot. Diabetes with arterial compromise.
Confinement to bed or non-ambulatory use unless otherwise prescribed by the physician. Eczema, hypo-dermatitis, dermatosclerosis, dermatitis.
Confirmed allergy to compression material.
If you experience any discomfort or abnormal symptoms, remove the stocking and consult your physician.
