Indications

Suprasorb® A Calcium Alginate Dressing is indicated for the management of moderately to highly exuding acute and chronic wounds including pressure injuries, venous ulcers, skin donor sites, and post-operative wounds.

Warnings and Precautions

Not recommended for use on dry wounds.

Mode of Use/Application

Thoroughly cleanse the wound and surrounding skin prior to placing Suprasorb® A Calcium Alginate Dressing on the wound. Use the rope format for deeper wounds. Secure with a secondary dressing or bandage.

Removal & Change Frequency

Suprasorb® A Calcium Alginate Dressing may be left in place for up to 7 days or until saturated.
