Activon Manuka Honey® Tube contains 100% medical grade Manuka honey with no additives (preservatives). Can be used in wound cavities, topical treatments, as a wound filler, or in conjunction with other products.

Activon Manuka Honey® Tube can be used on any wound, such as slough, necrotic and malodorous wounds, pressure injuries, leg ulcers, diabetic ulcers, surgical wounds, burns, graft sites, infected wounds, cavity wounds, and sinuses.
Although the honey is not absorbed into the bloodstream, it is advised to monitor the glucose levels of patients with diabetes.
Do not use if allergic to bee venom.
Discomfort can occasionally be experienced when honey is initially applied; it may be necessary to consider an appropriate level of analgesia. If discomfort continues, discontinue use and irrigate the wound with saline solution.
Store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and keep dry.

Twist off cap, apply liberally to the wound bed to a minimum depth of 5mm. Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing. Activon Manuka Honey® Tube is a single-patient-use-only product. Once opened, use within 90 days.
