NPWT Bridge Foam Kit is for use in bridging the port pad away from any wound where pressure might be applied to the port pad.
Contraindicated for use where there is necrotic tissue with eschar encompassing more than 20% of the wound bed, intreated osteomyelitis within the vicinity of the wound, cancer present in the wound, a fistula to an organ or body cavity within the vicinity of the wound, an unexplored fistula or exposed blood vessels or organs.

Do not reuse, reprocess or re-sterilize this product. This device is for single use only. Reuse, reprocessing or re-sterilization may damage the product and may result in injury, infection or death.
Consider the bridge foam as part of the dressing kit; bridge foam should be changed with every dressing change.
Do not use if the individual package is opened or if the package or the bridge foam is damaged. Carefully inspect the product for damage or defects prior to use.
Disposal of used bridge foam should follow facility policies or local ordinances relating to the handling of potentially infected or bio-hazardous materials.
