XTRASORB® Super Absorbent foam non-adhesive dressings use polymer technology that provides superior absorption with an osmotic pull to draw fluid to the back of the dressing. The polymer technology locks harmful fluid components (such as MMPs) in the dressing and converts it to a gel.
