Mode of Use/Application

Cleanse wound using sterile saline or other appropriate wound cleanser, such as Skintegrity® Cleanser. Gently dry the surrounding skin and ensure it is free of any residue. Apply a skin protectant, if appropriate, and allow to dry completely. Choose a dressing shape that extends 1" to 1(1/4)" beyond the wound edges. Remove the dressing from the pouch and remove one side of the liner. Place the exposed adhesive portion onto the skin. Remove the last part of the liner and smooth the remaining portion of the dressing down over skin.

Removal & Change Frequency

Press down on the skin outside of the dressing and gently lift an edge. Working around the dressing, gently loosen the remaining adhered edge from the skin. If necessary, an adhesive remover wipe can be used to facilitate gentle removal of the dressing.
Change frequency: Up to 7 days, depending on amount of drainage.
