NPWT Black Foam is indicated for use on full-thickness injuries, skin grafts, partial-thickness burns, skin flaps and for incisional line management.

Contraindicated for use when there is malignancy of the wound, untreated osteomyelitis, non-enteric and unexplored fistula or necrotic tissue that is greater than 20% of wound bed.

Do not reuse, reprocess or re-sterilize this product. This device is for single use only. Reuse, reprocessing or re-sterilization may damage the product and may result in injury, infection or death.
Do not use if the individual package is opened or if the package or the foam is damaged. Carefully inspect the product for damage or defects prior to use.
Disposal of used product should follow facility policies or local ordinances relating to the handling of potentially infected or bio-hazardous materials.
